Whether you're grieving the death of a loved one, finding your way after divorce, or looking to restore safety after complex trauma, I am here to facilitate your healing and renew your hope. My focus is supporting adults, adolescents, and children navigating the impacts of trauma and loss. I will offer you guidance and a framework to help you develop the tools you need.
I see my role in therapy as your trusted companion. My approach is holistic and integrative as I work to understand you in the dynamic context of your life. I am certified in grief and trauma therapy, and incorporate elements of Polyvagal Theory, Trauma-Focused Mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems. Prior to counseling individuals I worked as a pediatric hospice social worker. This role gave me a grounding in supporting individuals and families through the most challenging moments of their lives. Whatever you’re facing, I will bring intention, compassion, and steadiness to our relationship
